Overview
You can update your contact details via your Hosting Control Panel.

Instructions

1. Log in to your Hosting Control Panel.



2. Scroll down to the bottom of the hompage and you will see the Tech and Billing Contact Details. Click on the Edit Tech Contact and/or Edit Billing Contact links to up date these details as you require.



If you cannot access your Hosting Control Panel for some reason, you can complete the Change of Email form.

This will allow us to update the Contact Email Address manually for you and then resend the Hosting Access Details email to that new address (and using the details within this email, you can then login to the Hosting Control Panel and update any other details as you require).

Alternatively, if you have sold your business or website and want to formally transfer ownership of the Hosting Account, you can complete the Change of Hosting Account Ownership form.
