Log a Tech Support Ticket through my Control Panel?

Overview
You can log support tickets via your Hosting Control Panel or Domain Name Control Panel.

Instructions

1. Log in to your Control Panel. (FYI: the Hosting Control Panel and Domain Name Control Panel look a little different, however the Support tabs within each are the same: this example shows you the Hosting Control Panel):

2. Click on the Support tab:

3. To create a new Support Ticket, click on the Submit A Ticket button and on the next page you will see a drop down list for you to select the Category and Priority as well as to enter your preferred contact details, the nature of the problem, query or request you have as well as any error messages you may be encountering:

4. Any Support Tickets you submit will be shown on the Support page when you then check and you can click on the Subject of the Ticket to open and view it and our response, or reply (to our response) at any time:

FYI: When a ticket is opened for investigation, an email notification will be automatically sent to the contact email address (you entered on the ticket) advising you of this. When the ticket has been responded to another email will be sent to advised.
