Getting Started Manage my Domain Name?
Overview
This is done through the Domain Name Management Control Panel (management page):
Instructions
1. Log in to your Control Panel. (FYI: the Hosting Control Panel and Domain Name Control Panel look a little different, however the Support tabs within each are the same: this example shows you the Hosting Control Panel):
Login with the Domain Name (WITHOUT the www. prefix) and it's password.
Once you have logged in you will see several tabs across the top of the page:
Support: where you can log a Support Ticket Request.
Domain: where you can view and edit the Tech and Billing contact details for the domain name as well as change the password and recover the domain transfer Auth code / password.
Nameservers: where you can view and change the (redelegate to other) DNS (Domain Name Servers).
URL Redirection: where you can redirect the Domain Name to another website address.
SEO: where you can launch or purchase the SmartyHost Boost Traffic Powertool.
Hosting: where you can purchase a Hosting Account for your Domain Name (if you do not already have one).

Please note that you cannot change ANY Registrant details directly yourself.
