Have you updated your email user name?
From November, we're shutting down our old email servers as we move forward with our Platinum upgrades. If you haven't yet updated your email user name, you won't be able to receive emails.
Don't worry, your incoming emails won't be lost - they'll be stored in our system until you update your details. If you missed our notification emails, read the instructions below to find out how.
