You will need to update your email username with any email address you do not forward.
Simply choose your mail program from the following list:
Here's how to update your email username to your email address, if you are using Microsoft Outlook 2007.
Step 1) Click on Tools and Account Settings from the top menu..
Step 2) Select your account and click 'Change'.
Step 3) You will need to update the email username, highlighted below in red.
Step 4) Replace your email username with your email address.
*Please Note: You will need to replace test@smartyhost.com.au with your own
email address.
Step 5) Once satisfied, save the configuration changes and click 'Next'.
Step 6) Click 'Finish' to save the configuration changes.
Step 7) That's it you're done!

How to update your email username to your email address, if you are using Microsoft Outlook 2003 as your email client.
Step 1) Click on Tools and then Account Settings from the top navigation menu.

How to update your email username to your email address, if you are using Apple Mail as your email client.
Step 1) Open the General Settings section of your mail client.
Step 2) Click on the Accounts icon along the top.
Step 3) Click on the Account Information tab and highlight your email username.
Your 'email username' should be in the format mXXXX.
Step 4) Update your 'email username' with your email address.
*Please Note: You will need to replace test@smartyhost.com.au with your own
email address.
Step 5) Identify the Outgoing Mail Server(SMTP) field highlighted in red below.
Step 6) Click the relevant Outgoing Mail Server(SMTP) from the list.
*Please Note: Your SMTP server may look different to smtp.smartyhost.com.au
as shown in the above illustration.
Step 7) Update your outgoing mail server(SMTP) with your ISP's. We have
conveniently created a list of some of the most popular ISP's Outgoing Mail Servers
(SMTP).
*Please Note: You will need to replace mail.myisp.com.au with the appropriate
Outgoing Mail Server(SMTP) provided to you by your ISP.address.
Step 8) Save the configuration changes.
Step 9) That's it you're done!

Step 1) Click on Tools and Account from the top menu.

How to update your email username to your email address, if you are using Thunderbird as your email client.
Step 1) Click on 'Tools' and 'Account Settings' from the top menu.
Step 2) Select your account and then click 'Server Settings'.
Step 3) Highlight the stored 'email username' in the 'User Name' field.
Step 4) Replace your 'email username' with your email address.
*Please Note: You will need to replace test@smartyhost.com.au with your own
email address.
Step 5) Select your account and then click 'Outgoing Server(SMTP)'.
Step 6) Click the 'Edit' button from the right.
Step 7) Replace your Outgoing Mail Server(SMTP) the one provided to you by
your ISP.
*Please Note: You will need to replace mail.myisp.com.au with the appropriate
Outgoing Mail Server(SMTP) provided to you by your ISP.
Step 8) Save the configuration changes and click 'Ok'.
Step 9) That's it you're done!
